Dr Birgit Lode

Dr Birgit Lode heads the IASS project Environmental Law and Institutions for Air, Climate and Sustainability (ELIAS). She completed a doctorate in international law and has been conducting research on different aspects of international environmental law since 2007. She is a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the University of Potsdam and the Centre for International Studies at the Technical University of Dresden.
