Dr Sebastian Helgenberger

Dr Sebastian Helgenberger is the head of the IASS Transdisciplinary Panel on Energy Change. He holds a PhD in Environmental Sciences from the department of Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU) in Vienna. He completed his M.A. at Leuphana University Lüneburg and ETH Zürich.
