Real Deal Summit - Placing People and the Planet at the Heart of the Green and Just Transition
Real Deal Summit - Placing people and the planet at the heart of the green and just transition will be held at Central European University, Budapest, Hungary, 19-21 June 2024. Academics and researchers, civil society representatives, practitioners and other stakeholders are invited to come together for a three-day conference and project summit on deliberative democracy and effective citizen engagement in the context of the European Green Deal.
Co-created by academics and civil society organisations, the REAL DEAL Summit will bring leaders and thinkers to Budapest to explore the state of the art in engaging citizens in the transition towards sustainability. It will enhance synergies by concentrating attention and resources both inside and outside the REAL DEAL project on the goal of developing guidance and tools for effective and inclusive citizen engagement.
